RAPPAHANNOCK CLIFFS is a new riverfront conservation community on the Rappahannock River in historic Fones Cliffs. A refuge for bald eagles, fishing, and kayaking, Rappahannock Cliffs will celebrate
the natural beauty and bounty of this unrivalled setting in Virginia’s Northern Neck.

Rappahannock Cliffs plan has been crafted by Randall Arendt, a land planner renowned internationally for his conservation communities. Arendt’s plan artfully arranges 45 homesites overlooking the river, creeks, woods, and bluffs with approximately 75% of the property conserved as marshes, grassland, creeks,
woods, cropland and a riverfront park – all protected from future development.
